Self Care When Everything's Terrible

Thursday 21st January 6:30pm Online

Self care can be tough when: - your normal routines are unavailable - you may not have the time/space/mental energy - we're living in 'interesting times'

As well as a reminder of how self care is important, this talk will also share some tips and reminders on how to fit self care around your life and circumstances.

About the speaker

Gem Hill is a software tester by day, and is passionate about self care and mental health. She runs SelfCare Backpack in her spare time and develops tools, resources, and talks on self care and wellbeing. She tweets @Gem_Hill.

Register to attend

If you’d like to attend, you must register here before 5pm on the day of the event. We’ll send out the meeting details on the day via Meetup. Please check your spam folder as Meetup emails can often end up in there. In the meantime make sure you are set up and ready to go by downloading and installing the Zoom client. If you don’t want to install the Zoom client there is a web client but it’s not as fully featured and you’ll still need to sign in with a Zoom account to use it.

As with our in-person events, our code of conduct applies to all attendees so make sure you are familiar with it.
